ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Performance Issue while using Oracle Business Rules
While using Oracle Business Rules in a SOA Application. After testing the Application with 100 basic business rules, we found it was taking on an Avg 1.5 seconds. We did Load Test using SOAP UI with 100 threads and using burst mode with burst delay 5 seconds and burst duration of 10 seconds.
This application is taking much more time than expected. With only 100 rules it is taking 1.5 seconds, and we have a requirement which will need 2000-3000 rules in the dictionary and will require avg response to be less than 300 ms.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to have a resonse time similar to what a single instance is having
