DB Adapter strongly typed XSD match fails when multiple rowsets are returned (Doc ID 2282997.1)

Last updated on MARCH 01, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle SOA Suite - Version 12.2.1.2.0 to 12.2.1.2.0 [Release 12c]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When trying to use strongly typed xsd for a procedure call from DB Adapter with multiple rowset (Microsoft SQL Server), fails with the error.

Weakly typed XSD will get the response. However when using strongly typed XSD you will get the error "RowSet Column Count Mismatch Error".

Error seems like it is trying to match different rowsets with complextypes (rowsets) in the strongly typed XSD and if you try fine tuning the XSD by changing the element name for rowsets, the same error keeps changing, complaining about different resultset numbers.
