Invoice Image Conversion Results in Poor Image Quality (Doc ID 2283577.1)

Symptoms

When using the Accounts Payable Solution along with WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC), WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR), SOA Suite, and E-Business Suite (EBS), aka Inspyrus, image quality is poor after image has been emailed.

There are various low quality image problems when viewed in Inspyrus:

1. Color portions of original documents are missing.
2. Grayscale portions of original documents are missing.
3. Grayscale or Colored portions of original documents are very poor resolution.
4. Inverted Text (white text, colored or grayscale background) portions of original documents amounts are not extracted from the document into metadata fields.

Changes

New implementation of Inspyrus, new input document type containing color or grayscale elements, and changed WEC or WFR configuration settings.
