SOA + BPM - upgrade 12.2.1.0 to 12.2.1.2 - SOAINFRA failed in readiness check

During upgrade of SOA + BPM 12.2.1.0 to 12.2.1.2, readiness check failed with Oracle SOA (SOAINFRA schema).
