Big data Adapter time stamp changes:
from [YYYY-MM-DD:HH24:MI:SS.FFF] [YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS.FFF] --There is a space between "DD HH" in the new version, that is causing failure in their Java code.

Goal

The timestamp column default format changed after we upgraded from 12.2.0.1 to 12.3.0.1.1
from [YYYY-MM-DD:HH24:MI:SS.FFF] [YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS.FFF] .
Is this the default behavior going forward?
