Using Oracle Access Manager Integrated With PeopleSoft 8.55:

OAM response time increases until production environment becomes unusable, the Response times typically stays under 100 ms but have been slowly climbing over 4 seconds and at this point the production environment becomes so slow that navigation is impossible.
