Error Appears When Accessing the Oracle Traffic Director Instance Virtual Servers Using EM Console (Doc ID 2285057.1)

Symptoms

On : Oracle Traffic Director 12.2.1.x version


When using OTD Fusion Middleware Control Console -> Click on the drop down menu next to "Weblogic Domain" on the right hand corner -> OTD administration -> Click on the Configuration name,
then Click on the drop down menu next to "Traffic Director Configuration" -> Administration -> Virtual Server. A blank screen appears in the browser.

The OTD Admin Server log shows the following error message:
