Is There a Way to Access the Latest Revision of Expired Content via dDocName without Specifying the dID? (Doc ID 2285191.1)

When a content is expired in the system, it cannot be accessed from WCC ADF UI by its dDocName, but only via its dID (http://<wcchost>:16225/wcc/faces/wccdoc?dID=2590402). Is there a way to access the latest revision of an expired content via dDocName, without specifying the dID?
If the content is not expired it can be accessed by only its dDocName (http://<wcchost>:16225/wcc/faces/wccdoc?dDocName=2509327).

If it's expired the following error message is displayed:
