Goal
If a user in one workspace deletes an application, that App ID then becomes available again in the APEX instance.
If a user then creates a new application that App ID can be used. This has caused some issues where users have a link to the old deleted application. When they use this link, they then have access to the newly created application.
Is there a way to ensure that an App IF once used cannot be used again?
