Goal

Changing the IP address of a Fusion Middleware (FMW) Forms and Reports installation may require modification of configuration files in order to maintain functionality of the installation.  Changing the DNS Name/hostname of a FMW Forms and Reports installation will require configuration steps to maintain functionality.  The goal of this note is to address configuration files that will need to be modified depending on the type of change and those that may need to be modified.
