Symptoms
Receiving the Error 'File Name Or Extension Is Too Long' while applying Patch 22085001 in Windows environment.
In the Opatch install log, the following message appears:
Command invocation returned Error... 'Can't cd to ../../../../../../.. from <Oracle_Home>/user_projects/domains/base_domain/servers/AdminServer/tmp/_WL_user/state-management-provider-memory-rar/8dtcxe/META-INF/.WL_internal/cache/com.oracle.state-management.state-management-provider-memory-rar-impl.rar/.classinfos: No such file or directory at <Oracle_Home>/perl/lib/File/Find.pm line 469.
