Symptoms

Environment with SOA + OMS with 5 manager servers. One of them presented the error "Failed to deserialize statedump from server". After that, it stopped consuming the JMS queue, and on restarting the manager servers, it does not start. Message "Failed to deserialize statedump from server" could be seen.
