Partial String Searches Do Not Yield Any Results

Symptoms
Document repository search fails where the file name search string is partial. For instance, a search for file "20160412-Growth Of WEED In Prairies S1" is successful with the partial string "20160412", but unsuccessful with "201604". Similarly, document is returned when search using partial string "Growth", but unsuccessful with "Grow".
