Symptoms

An Application is reporting the next error after the database was upgraded to 12.1.0.2.0:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01008: not all variables bound

If the database is restarted the application works fine for some time (it can be hours or days), and then the error is reported again.


 

Changes

Database upgraded to version 12.1.0.2 (base release 12.1.0.2.0).
