'java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Null Connection Not Allowed' Error When Running Reports (Doc ID 2287648.1)

Trying to generate HTML Reports which has child reports built-in or user defined reports causes below exception. The issue occurs only for reports with child reports defined.

Same scenario occurs to system defined reports under View(Menu)-->Reports.

 Sample steps causing the issue on User Defined Reports

1. Open All Reports-->User Defined Report--><Report Name>-->Right click on the Report.

2. Click on Edit and check if 'Child Reports' are available, if not add/edit a child Report.

3. Run the report in HTML format to see the exception.
