Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) Supports Databases up to 12.1.0.2 (Doc ID 2287733.1)

Details

The Oracle Database version 12.1.0.2 is the last version supported to host an Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) repository.  OWB 11.2.0.4 is the final release of OWB and it is supported in the 12.1.0.x database.

The Oracle 12.2 Database is not supported nor certified with Oracle Warehouse Builder 11.2.0.4. To use an Oracle 12.2 database, manual mapping creation in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) would be required.

OWB 11.2.0.4 cannot connect to or extract data from any database version 12.2 or higher.

NOTE: All OWB patches have been de-supported and removed from Oracle download systems.
   As of September 2023, the OWB migration utility is no longer available. As of March 2023, all other OWB patches are no longer available for download.
