Within the WebCenter Content: Imaging Viewer, File / Download Does Not Work When Using a Load Balancer (Doc ID 2287757.1)

Symptoms

There is a load balancer in front of the WebCenter Content: Imaging Web server, which off-loads SSL and then redirects the user session to the Imaging Web server via HTTP.  When the user logs in to Imaging using the load balancer URL (https://imaging.<server>/imaging) and then views an image, the File / Download toolbar option does not work.

If the user logs in to Imaging using the direct URL (bypassing the load balancer) the toolbar option works correctly.
