Unable to Launch ODI Studio on Windows (Doc ID 2288151.1)

Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Symptoms

Double-clicking on the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Studio icon does not launch the ODI Studio. No errors are returned.

Running the command $ORACLE_HOME\odi\studio\odi.exe returns the error:

WARNING: Unknown directive: set
WARNING: Unknown directive: set
Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: Xmx512M
Error occured during initialization of VM
Initial heap size set to a larger value than the maximum heap size

Changes

There was a Java JDK update.
