Unable to Launch ODI Studio Error - "Initial heap size set to a larger value than the maximum heap size" (Doc ID 2288151.1)

Symptoms

Double-clicking on the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Studio icon does not launch the ODI Studio. No errors are returned.

Running the command $ORACLE_HOME\odi\studio\odi.exe returns the error:
