After Increasing OID Password Policy Attribute for Max Retries, OIM no Longer Locks the Users in OID.

OIM and OID were running fine in LDAPSync.
Then changed the OID Password Policy to increase the pwdMaxFailure from the default of 10.
Now OIM no longer locks the user in OID.
