OID11g: Accessing DIP via EM Console Throw Error "Unable to locate the DIP Sync profile mbean" and Log File Says "Directory Integration Platform is not able to get the context with the given details : OID host: Port: SSL mode:1"

Symptoms
OID/DIP 11.1.1.7 and may apply to latest versions.
1. Getting Error popup window when we try to access DIP on EM Console. Note here WLS_HOSTNAME will reflect your WLS hostname and admin port which by default will be 7001.
WLS_HOSTNAME: <Admin Port> says
"ADF_FACES 60097"
2. When you select DIP in EM Console on right frame no DIP drop down menu is displayed.
3. When you right Click on DIP and select Server Properties, and do a test connection with OID hostname and OID SSL port 1, below error pop up
Error "Unable to locate the DIP Sync profile mbean" Have already done below steps, but did not resolve the issue.
4. DIP managed_server_diagnostic.log file shows below error

5. ldapbind to OID's SSL and non-ssl port are successful

Connecting at <OID_HOSTNAME>:<DIP_PORT>, with userid "weblogic"..
Connected successfully.
ODIP Application is down at this host and port.
8. Workarounds which were tried out but still same issue:

Stopped all services in this order: managed server, Admin Server, OPMN Processes,
Started all the service in this order: OPMN Processes, Admin Server, managed server,
Changes
Default oid1 instance SSL settings which was used by DIP were changed.
