EMCC Cannot Communicate with Exalogic Virtual Rack Targets after April 2017 PSU upgrade (Doc ID 2288749.1)

Symptoms

After patching Exalogic virtual rack to April 2017 PSU, EMCC cannot communicate with some targets in OEM. It fails with below error.

Error is seen when navigating in EMCC console to view data for Exalogic targets : Target : /NewExalogic/AK002xxxx7/el01cn04-ilom.oracle.com > All Metrics (el01cn04-ilom.oracle.com is the ILOM of a Compute Node)

When clicking on "ILOM temperatures" or "Fan Sensors" or some other options above error message is displayed on screen.
