The WFR Workdoc Viewer is not Rendering CJK Characters (Doc ID 2288767.1)

Goal

After configuring the WFR AP Project to work with Korean invoices, the workdoc is not updated with Korean characters.  Question marks appear in place of the characters.  However, in Designer, hovering a mouse over the  OCR'd character displays correctly.

The invoice imports, OCRs, classifies, extracts and exports without any functional errors.

Does the WorkDoc viewer render these characters?
