Symptoms

Receiving an intermittent error on a newly installed / configured Web Verifier when releasing a batch:

WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier Client Custom Script

An error has occurred in the WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier Client project.

Reason:
Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.

Please contact your system administrator for further steps.

 This issue occurred on a project that had been customized, but it is not clear if this happens on the base 1007G AP Project without customizations in place.
