SAP Authorization Error When Sending IDOCs To RFCs Around The Same Time To SAP

Symptoms
We are facing SAP Authorization Error when sending IDOCs to RFCs around the same time to SAP.
Both RFCs and IDOCS have different users and different connection Factories configured but still in SAP system the IDOC user is receiving RFC messages and RFC user is receiving IDOC messages and hence it is failing with Authorization Failure.

In SAPAdapter trace file we can see the following Error loaded
Error: >Tue Jul 04 11:06:31,143< >RfcGetException rc (7) message: No authorization to send IDocs with message type ZMSG_TIME_CONF
