In A Migrated Application ViewObject Version Tag Changes Only After Adding Or Deleting An Attribute

After using the migration wizard to migrate an ADF application from JDeveloper 220.127.116.11.0 to 18.104.22.168.0 the ViewObject version tag changes to Version="22.214.171.124.47" only after editing the view object and adding/deleting an attribute. Otherwise 126.96.36.199.0 version tag is still displayed.
For example, in the following picture is a ViewObject version in 188.8.131.52.0:
and in the following picture is the same View Object version in JDeveloper 184.108.40.206.0 after migration, still showing the same tag:
Adding or deleting an attribute to the View Object in the migrated version would make the tag change. In the following pictures you can see the new tag after deleting the "ManagerId" attribute, the correct version, 220.127.116.11.47 is displayed in the ViewObject:
