Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, Java Platform Security

When attempting to run reconfig.sh
the following error occurs:

JPS-06102: Cannot initialize the destination auditstore service


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change 11g to use a database Audit Store for OPSS
2. Run reconfig.sh
3. Get error reported
