Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.9.170327 version
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Performing compare operation with oidcmprec for a single entry between two OID servers with same OID 11.1.1.9.170327 release and oidcmprec does not start at that entries base even though that entry is specified as the basedn,
but reads from the underlying context base and continuing to re-read all entries in an endless loop.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

oidcmprec completes successfully.
