How to Remove the "Request More Information" Option from Actionable Email Notifications

The email notifications for tasks are constructed using a combination of the users/request details and the task display page for the task. The available "action" options in the task display are unique to each task.
Starting with SOA BP 25809237 an Enhancement Request (ER 16007563) was included in the SOA BPS which allowed the "Request More Information" option which is available in the task display - to also be available in the email notification.
Prior to this patch, only the "Reject" or "Approve" actions were shown in the actionable email notifications.
This note describes two options to remove the "Request More Information" option from the actionable email notifications.
