Vanity URLs Not Generating With Array Pattern And Single Unique Attributes

Symptoms
When creating a Vanity URL Pattern, if an array of 0 is used for a particular attribute of value "Single (Unique)", a Vanity URL will not be formed.
eg: public/${f:spaceToUnderscore(PageAttribute[0])}
This behavior differs from how it worked in Sites 11.1.1.8.0 where using the array index of [0] worked without issue on "Single (Unique)"-valued attributes.
