This document provides a procedure to recover from an ILOM hang during the upgrade of the Exalogic ZFS Storage Appliance to 2013.1.7.2 or above included in the Patch Set Update 184.108.40.206.170718
It applies only if the ILOM upgrade is performed as a part of the ZFSSA Software Upgrade and in that process following the ILOM flashed to a newer firmware, ILOM fails to boot and is no longer reachable.
