Oracle Access Portal Web Logon Manager

Form fill fails for client application.

While protecting a client application with OTD and webgate, the following error occurs after entering the credentials on the SSO page.


Bad Oracle Access Manager Request: Unable to process the request due to unexpected error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a web browser and attempt to access the web application.
  2. Enter the user credentials into the SSO logon form (OAM) and type Enter to logon.
