User is trying to connect to SMSC Server in SOA 12c through UMS Adapter, but have not received any incoming SMS message
[WARNING] [SDP-26163] [oracle.sdp.internal.messaging.driver.smpp.NetworkConnection] [tid: UMS SMPPReader [smpp/AdapterName]] [userId: ] [ecid: ] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: tenant-name] Data stream ended unexpectedly while reading packet from SMSC.
