Error "WDC form control Column with index 14 not found" Opening a Batch in WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier (Doc ID 2292167.1)

Symptoms

After attempting to open older existing batches in WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) Web Verifier, the following error is returned:

An error has occurred in the WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier Client.
Try to go to Batch View page. if Error still occurs please contact your system administrator for further steps.

Error details:
WDC form control Column with index 14 not found
