Unable to Login To UCM By !csUnableToLoadUserInfo Error After Changed Server IP Address (Doc ID 2292705.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, Content Server

Unable to login to ECM

We have webcenter contnet server 11g along with imaging. We have recently changed IP of the server.
Post changing the IP, we are getting error while login to ECM and IPM. However, We can login to weblogic console. also, data sources are tested successfully.

Post changing the IP, we are getting the following error while login to ECM and IPM.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Change content server IP address without add it in /etc/hosts on DB machine.
2. Restart the UCM instance
3. Try to log on on UCM.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot not able to logoon as external user.
