Modifying the Protocol and Ciphers in opmn.xml Fails with "LSX-00026: unknown attribute" (Doc ID 2292956.1)

Symptoms

When the INSTANCE_HOME/config/OPMN/opmn/opmn.xml is modified to include ssl-versions and ssl-ciphers, the OHS fails to start.   And, the INSTANCE_HOME/diagnostics/logs/OPMN/opmn/opmn.log shows these errors:

LSX-00026: unknown attribute "ssl-versions"
 LSX-00026: unknown attribute "ssl-ciphers"
