Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3) Windows Native Authentication (WNA) Fails Intermittently "The User Account is Locked or Disabled"
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a new browser session and access a protected resource (WNA is being used)

2. Returns an OAM error:
