Symptoms

On Fusion Applications 11.12.1.0.0 version, Data Load

Automating the process of loading the HDL format .dat file(Zipped) from EBS server to UCM and then initiating the HDL transfer load.

While making an inbound web service to UCM from Java Concurrent Program in EBS to place the HDL files to be transferred, in the response received below error message :
