OSB 11g Server Reports Warning State Blocked Trying To Get Lock: Weblogic.xml.query.types.XQueryType

Symptoms
Some of the OSB servers goes into Warning State, due to Stuck Thread.
Logs report following:
## <osb_ms01> <[STANDBY] ExecuteThread: '135' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <> <> <[STUCK] ExecuteThread: '191' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' has been busy for "613" seconds working on the request "Workmanager: weblogic.kernel.Default, Version: 0, Scheduled=false, Started=true, Started time: 613166 ms
", which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds. Stack trace:
