OSB 11g Server Reports Warning State Blocked Trying To Get Lock: Weblogic.xml.query.types.XQueryType (Doc ID 2293840.1)

Symptoms

Some of the OSB servers goes into Warning State, due to Stuck Thread.

Logs report following:
