Environment: COH 12.2.1.0.1, Red Hat Enterprise 6 Linux x86-64

Recent changes: started using persistence

One of the nodes in our cluster with persistence and federation enabled was departing after each restart and not able to recover data. Issue was happening for one Node and the node was dying after a while. Customer saw this issue in UAT. They had to clean the persistence files to get rid of the error and start the cluster clean. Customer doubled the heap size of the node which was having trouble coming up but it died again.

There is only few hundred KB data on this cluster the overall storage node size is 16GB with 4GB on each node. 700 KB of data is stored on the cache.
