BPM12.2 Invalid Objects After Running RCU (RCU Version:12.2.1.2.0)

Symptoms


After creating Repository 12.2.1.2.0 using command
$MW_HOME/oracle_common/bin/rcu -silent -createRepository -databaseType ORACLE -connectString DB_HOST:39000:ServiceName -dbUser TestUser -schemaPrefix test -component OPSS -component STB -component MDS -component IAU_VIEWER -component IAU_APPEND -component IAU -component WLS -component SOAINFRA -component UCSUMS -f < /home/test/pwd.txt

There are invalid objects.
After recompiling, below packages remain invalid
test_BPEL
test_FAB
test_DEC
test_HWF
test_MED
test_SOA

When recompiling it fails to compile package
SQL> alter package test_bpel compile body;

Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.

SQL> show err
