OID 11g "Naming Exception while retrieving OID Details for second oid install" Error While Installing A Second OID Node in a Cluster (Doc ID 2294715.1)

Symptoms

Successfully completed the 1st OID installation on <HOSTNAME1.DOMAIN> and proceeded to install the second OID on <HOSTNAME2.DOMAIN>
While installing the oid2 after specifying the schema database , ods password, odssm password and OID Administrator password got a popup window "error in connecting to LDAP, the LDAP is not up and running, choose yes to continue or NO to choose a different ODS schema "

But the oid on the oid1 machine is up and running.

Install Action log shows the following .
