JBO-25020: Error Message On Searching Entitlement On Request Page (Doc ID 2295729.1)

Symptoms

Getting JBO-25020 error message on searching entitlement on request page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create 2 disconnected application instances along with some entitlements.
Say DC1 and DC2
1. Login as xelsysadm user and navigate to Request Access->Request for Self.
3. Select the 'Entitlement' radio button in the Type section.
4. Search the Application instance by entering the name in the Application section(at this point the error appears). like DC1 anD DC2
5. If you select the Application from the drop down menu the issue does not occur.
