Fusion Middleware Control Not Deployed Due [Security:090398]Invalid Subject: principals=[OracleSystemUser, OracleSystemGroup] (Doc ID 2296357.1)

Symptoms

In one out of three SOA domains created via Configuration Wizard (config.sh), the Fusion Middleware Control (EM) is not accessible and this exception is seen in the log file.

Issue does not occur and EM is accessible only if following steps are followed:

1. Stop all servers from all three domains.
2. Start only the AdminServer for three domain by starting with the problematic AdminServer first.
3. Then EM is deployed and the Fusion Middleware Control is accessible.

Changes

There are three WebLogic Server domains running on same physical server.
All three AdminServer have same SSL port set to 7002, which has been disabled in all of them.
AdminServer successfully  starts as SSL is not enabled in any of the  three AdminServers.
