On : 12.2.1 version, WLS Security

When implementing kerberos SSO, the integration fails and the login page is returned. No error is observed.

It is expected that user should be able to SSO to application and not be presented with the login form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Negotiate Identity Asserter
2. Added command line options to properly enable Kerberos SSO integration
3. Deploy and access SSO capable application.

Due to this issue, users cannot SSO to application.
