LibOVD NPE Error When Setting GUID (Doc ID 2296993.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, Library OVD

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Client is using MS AD Authenticator provider and ODSEE LDAP providers and libOVD adapter is enabled by setting virtualize=true
The login to BPM Workspace by MS AD user fails with NPE when setting GUID.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Login to BPM workspace should be successful.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configured libOVD adapter
2. Login fails


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to BPM Workspace by MS AD user
