Unable to log into the BPM Worklist with multiple Authentication Providers (Active Directory and WebLogic) (Doc ID 2297019.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to log into the SOA BPM Worklist console with an Active Directory account, the operation cannot complete, and the following error occurs:


exception.code:30511
exception.type: ERROR
exception.severity: 2
exception.name: Verification Service cannot resolve user identity.
exception.description: User <AD user> cannot be found in the identity repository.
exception.fix: Workflow Context token cannot be null in request.

Note: The same Active Directory account can be used to log into the Enterprise Manager console without any problem.
