When using OTD as a load balancer, HTTP headers have value null, when retrieved as BPEL properties from the REST Adapter (Doc ID 2298221.1)

Symptoms

When using OTD (Oracle Traffic Director) as a load balancer in front of a cluster, and using bpelx:fromProperty in BPEL to retrieve a custom HTTP header from a REST Adapter, the value of the header retrieved is null.

The problem does not happen when OTD is not being used in front of the cluster.
