Symptoms

Using ESSO 11.1.2.3 or 11.1.2.1:

After creating template for web application uses java script and content appears to be dynamic with the following fields:
- Username
- Password
- Domain_name
- Submit

When the auto-submit is enabled, the ESSO LM adds domain_name and slash (Domain_name\) for the username field automatically and the login fails.

Notes:
- When disabling the auto-submit, everything is working fine.
- When removing the third field "Domain_name" from the template logon and the auto-submit is enabled, the ESSO LM adds only slash for the username field automatically and the login fails too.
