Symptoms
On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, Admin of OHS
After patching the servers where OHS is installed and restarting, the Runtime/Instance directory is missing. And the following error is seen, "Invalid OHS Instance".
Changes
The Instance/Runtime configuration directory is expected to exist across changes and restarts.
