Unable to Load JavaScript Pages when SSL is Enabled between Oracle HTTP Server and WebLogic server (Doc ID 2299537.1)

Symptoms

After installing Oracle HTTP Server 12.1.3 and using mod_wl_ohs to connect to a Java application deployed on Oracle WebLogic Server 12.1.1.0, when attempting to access application login page, failure can be seen in certain JavaScript security functions.

SSL is configured at Oracle HTTP Server and forwarding requests to Oracle WebLogic Server where also SSL is enabled.

JS debugger shows below messages:

From above messages we can see that https request is getting redirected to http for some js and image URLs
